Please note that the scheduled arrival time is between 4 PM and 10 PM.
If you plan to arrive after this period, please inform us by email (manitonga.hostel@gmail.com) or (819) 425-6008 between 8 AM & 10 PM.
INFO CANCELLATION
Please note that it is not possible to receive a refund or modify your reservation within 72 hours of your scheduled arrival ( King bed room & Suites ).
It should be noted that, regarding condo reservations, any modification of the reservation will only be possible up to 14 days before the scheduled arrival date.
In the event of a no-show on the scheduled arrival date, the full amount will be charged.
-Please note that all bookings made during the holiday period will be refundable only up to 30 days before the arrival date.
-Please note that all reservations made at Manitonga Hostel during the construction holiday, Demi Ironman, and Ironman periods will be refundable only up to 7 days before the arrival date.
-Please note that all reservations made at Lac Moore Suites during the construction holiday, Demi Ironman, and Ironman periods will be refundable only up to 14 days before the arrival date.
-Please note that all bookings made for a group will be refundable only up to 30 days before the arrival date.
Outside of the specified timeframe, reservations are non-refundable. We decline any responsibility in case of unforeseen weather events.

Please note that the key to your reservation must be picked up at the reception of Manitonga Hostel, located at 2213 Chemin du village, Mont-Tremblant J8E 1K4, sharing the same site as Suites du Lac Moore.
-Animals are not allowed in the accommodations.
-Smoking is prohibited in the accommodations.
-Parties and receptions are strictly forbidden in the accommodations.
In order to respect all guests, please note that no noise will be tolerated after 10 pm.
Please note that if the mentioned instructions are not followed, a fee of $250 will be charged as compensation for the establishment.
Please note that only one parking space is included per reservation.
