PROPERTY POLICIES
Check-in time: Between 4:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m.
If you plan to arrive outside this timeframe, please contact us between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. by email at manitonga.hostel@gmail.com or by phone at (819) 425-6008.
Check-in & key pick-up:
· A credit card matching a valid photo ID must be presented at check-in.
· Keys must be collected at the reception of Auberge Manitonga, located at 2213 Chemin du Village, Mont-Tremblant, J8E 1K4.
Payment:
· Payment by credit card only.
Security deposit (credit card pre-authorization):
· $500 for condos
· $250 for Suites du Lac Moore rooms
· $100 for hostel rooms
The deposit will be released within 7 days after check-out if no damage is found. Processing time may vary depending on your credit card provider.
Parking:
· One parking spot is included per reservation.
· The parking permit must be clearly displayed in the vehicle.
· Any unregistered vehicle will be towed at the owner's expense.
House rules:
· Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property and units.
· Pets are not allowed in any accommodation.
· Parties and events are strictly forbidden.
· Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
· Check-out time is no later than 11:00 a.m.
Cancellation policy:
No refunds will be issued for unused nights in case of no-show, early departure, or unforeseen weather events.

MODIFICATIONS & CANCELLATIONS – Suites & Rooms (Suites du Lac Moore and Auberge Manitonga)
Modifications or cancellations for suites and rooms at Suites du Lac Moore and Auberge Manitonga are accepted free of charge (excluding the non-refundable $20 reservation fee) up to 72 hours before the scheduled arrival date.
Exceptions:
Special conditions apply to reservations made under promotions or during the following periods:
· Holiday Season
· Demi-Ironman event
· Québec Construction Holidays
· Labour Day
· Thanksgiving
Modification and cancellation policies for these periods vary depending on the selected timeframe (7, 14, or 30 days) and are detailed in the reservation link.
MODIFICATIONS & CANCELLATIONS – Condos
Any modification or cancellation of a condo reservation will be accepted free of charge (excluding the non-refundable $20 reservation fee) up to 14 days before the scheduled arrival date.
Exceptions
· For the following periods:
· Holiday Season
· Demi-Ironman Event
· Québec Construction Holidays
· Labour Day
· Thanksgiving
Modifications or cancellations for these periods will be accepted up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival date.
